AUDI TT 225 Roadster

The Roadster has recently had criticism for being desirable, and knickable.  Arguably less secure than its hard topped sister, the Roadster is the TT with style.  It's difficult to think of a more beautiful machine than this, but the costs are quite significant.  Nearly £2,300 more than the conventional coupe, less practical and slightly less economical.  Can you justify the extra initial purchase price relative to the brilliant mid-engine Toyota MR2?  Can you spend £29,000 on a 225 Roadster when the exclusive Porsche Boxster starts at only a couple of thousand more. 

Well, the MR2 isn't very practical and the Boxster doesn't have four wheel drive, so perhaps you can.  The choice is yours!
